Divine Restoration Ministries, International is the fulfill-ment of a vision that was born in Elsie Augustin’s heart as a young and Spirit filled woman. In October of 2008 she was led by the Lord to Gonaives, Haiti, a city that some two hundred years ago, was dedicated to Satan and to this date, most of the population is still bound in devil worship (Voodoo).
Elsie saw the distressed life of the people and how most of the world stood idly by. A determination was born in her heart to willingly step forward and fulfill the calling that God had placed in her life.
She returned to that city in April of 2009 and preached for three nights on the power of the living Christ. As a result of her obediance to the Lord, thirty people received Christ and were converted from voodoo witchcraft to Christianity. She went back six months later in October of 2009 and preached for another five days. Twenty-five new converts gave their lives to Jesus Christ.
On August 28, 2011 Elsie Augustin was recognized and ordained as a Prophet/ Evangelist to the nation of Haiti under the oversight of Consuming Fire Ministries and the mantel of Christian International to raise a company of Five Fold Ministers and equip the saints for the work of the ministry.
